Erica Monteith
Erica Monteith is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lean On Me Support Services. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with diverse abilities. Erica attributes much of her professional foundation to her early training in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), which shaped her approach to delivering compassionate, person-centered care.
Driven by a lifelong passion for supporting others, Erica has always been dedicated to a career in human services. In 1997, she completed a student placement at Thistletown Regional Centre, where she worked with adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities. It was during this formative experience—supporting individuals with dual diagnoses—that she discovered her true calling and solidified her commitment to the field.
